Mr. Fuller has been president of the Chillicothe Lion's Club, Chairman of the Ross County Republican Party, Sunday School Superintendent and teacher, and a member of the Executive Committee for the Ohio State Bar Association. He also served as president of the Ross County Bar Association, the Ohio State Ross County Chapter Alumni Association and the Ohio Municipal Attorneys Association.
Mr. Fuller retired from the practice on December 31, 2014. Sadly, he passed away on January 9, 2018.
